Nomad Universal Cable (0.3m)
Having bought the Nomad Universal Cable (1.5m) from South Korea, I have wanted to get the other shorter version, which is 0.3m.
The 1.5m is great for charging from a power outlet, but it is too bulky (after you coil the cable) to be truly portable.
I needed a shorter cable so that I can charge my iPhone X and Huawei Mate 10 Pro from my power bank without the fuss of coiling and uncoiling the cable each time. If I don’t coil and uncoil, the cable will be in a mess in my bag.
I chanced upon the 0.3m cable when I was in Itoya at Ginza. Ginza Itoya is Itoya’s flagship store in Japan.
They are selling it for JP¥3,694 (S$43) excluding the 8% tax in Japan. If your purchases are more than JP¥5,000, it can be tax-free.
It is cheaper than getting directly from Nomad as shipping alone to Singapore via USPS already cost you US$19.95 (S$28).
