The first Ugreen 100W charger is the Ugreen EU 4-Port PD 100W 3C1A Desktop Smart Charger.

It retails for S$74.99 with free shipping to Singapore. Don’t let the price turn you off, because you can certainly get it at a much lower price as Ugreen always have flash sale for their products. You just have to wait.

This is probably the nicest packaging I have seen for a Ugreen product. The packaging feels premium.

Depending on which ports are being used, the maximum output of each port will be different.

When only one USB-C port is used, C1 and C2 can output a maximum of 100W, while C3 is 20W.

When two USB-C ports are used, C1 will drop to 65W, while C2 will drop to 30W and C3 will drop to 20W.

When three USB-C ports are used, C1 will drop to 45W, while C2 will drop to 30W and C3 will drop to 20W.

The USB-A port has a maximum output of 18W.

C1 will always be the priority port, so if you are going to use it to charge your laptop, always use C1. C2 or C3 can be used to charge your phone instead.

The charger works as advertised as my MacBook Pro 15.4″ can detect it as a 100W charger.

In terms of temperature, the charger doesn’t get very hot, based on my tests with my MacBook Pro 15.4″, it ranges between 40°C to 45°C. Of course, your mileage may vary (YMMV) depending on the things you are charging.
