Met up with my secondary school friends yesterday, it was like a last gathering before NS. Around 10 of us guys managed to meet up, then 6 girls suppose to come, but end up “putting aeroplane”.

Went to Orchard for lunch, it was very crowded because I think Jolin Tsai was in Orchard at around the same time at Faber House (opposite Heeren). Lunch was quite a problem, because almost all the food outlets are filled. Managed to find a seat at Cineleisure’s Yoshinoya.

Walked around Heeren Annex, it is still undergoing some renovations thus it still looks empty. Got myself 3 Evirob Series 3 figurines, I think I am going to try to complete all of the 3 series, which makes up around 15 figurines. I got 6 now.

Wanted to go Suntec, but I heard it was very crowded due to the Audition of Singapore Idol. End up having dinner at China Square. My friend’s father has a famous fish soup store there. Ordered quite a lot of food because there was like 10 of us, but he charged us only $4.

Went to his house after that which is just opposite the old Tiong Bahru Market. His house is very nice, big Sharp’s LCD television with Pioneer surround sound system, nice koi pond at the balcony with a scenic view over Tiong Bahru. And not to forget a cute and quiet dog who doesn’t bark at strangers.

Today went to Waterloo Street’s temple to pray for my NS before having lunch at Copthorne Orchid. My mom got a 2 complementary lunch buffet vouchers. The food there sucks and it is the fastest buffet we had ever eaten.

Visited my auntie at Toa Payoh who just came back from LA, she bought quite alot of stuffs for us. Actually, she asked me to go with her, now come to think of it, I kinda regretted not going with her. I told her to go again on end 2006 and she agreed to it. Will be looking forward to that day everyday in my NS life.

Caught The Best Bet, a Jack Neo film at GV Tiong Bahru. It was one of the best film by him. The language used in the show is mostly Hokkien, is like 95% Hokkien and 5% Mandarin. It was very Hilarius especially the starting rap song by him. Recommended if you are into Hokkien comedy. The show was around 2 hours in length.

Had dinner for the first time at the coffeeshop opposite Tiong Bahry Plaza. The food was quite good, but the attitude of the staffs kinda suck.

Thats all for today, got to burn 23 CDs for Jackey, update my WordPress hacks to 1.2 compatible, posting of comments to the blogs through WAP and if there is enough time, shall watch We Were Soldiers.
