I backed the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand on KickStarter in June 2021, and it became fully funded the next month, in July 2021.

It was supposed to be shipped by September 2021, but because of COVID-19, it got delayed till March 2022, and I received it on 23rd March 2022.

The project raised a total of US$479,554, surpassing their initial US$100,000 from 3,376 backers.

I backed the HyperJuice (Early Bird) for US$99 (S$135), and shipping to Singapore is an additional US$20 (S$28). When the survey came, I paid an extra US$29.99 (S$41) to upgrade from the current 7.5W MagSafe-compatible version to the 15W “Made for MagSafe.”

All in all, I paid US$148.99 (S$203) for the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand, which is almost the same price as the Belkin Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charger.

Unboxing
I was very surprised that the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand doesn’t come with a retail box.

Design
As the name suggests, the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand allows you to charge four devices simultaneously, namely your iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple AirPods, and another Qi-enabled phone.

You can power the charger via the included 36W DC adapter or use your USB-C charger. If you choose to use your USB-C charger, you need to ensure that it outputs more than 30W.

The build is fantastic as the frame is made from zinc-alloy metal. It is large, heavy, and solid. No complaints in that area.

Features
HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand sets itself apart from other chargers like the Belkin Boost Charge Pro with its flexible MagSafe mount and folding design.

The MagSafe mount can be tilted to get the best viewing angle from your iPhone when it is charging. I find this feature a little gimmicky, and I can live without it.

The folding design is helpful if you bring the charger around in your bag. But I don’t think I will be lugging this heavy wireless charging stand and the power adapter. If I need it to be portable, I will bring charging cables and a multi-port adapter. It is much lighter.

There are some complaints about the weak MagSafe magnets on the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand from the Kickstarter project comments page. The magnet strength is still acceptable to me when I use it with my Moshi Arx Clear Slim Hardshell Case for iPhone 13 Pro Max.

But if you compared it side-by-side with the Apple MagSafe Charger, you can tell the MagSafe on the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand is noticeable weaker.

Also, another point about the MagSafe on the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand is that there is no way for me to verify that it is actually “Made for MagSafe” since it doesn’t come with the retail box. The only confirmation I have is that the MagSafe animation appears on my phone when I charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max with the charger.

To prove that the opposite is true (MagSafe animation not appearing), when I tried to charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max with the Ugreen Magnetic Wireless Charger (which is not a “Made for MagSafe” charger), the MagSafe animation doesn’t appear.

Conclusion
Overall, I think the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand is still a good purchase and a good alternative to the Belkin Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charger. Both cost almost the same, though the Belkin can be slightly cheaper by S$20 during promotions.

The only downside of the HyperJuice 4-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger Stand is that it doesn’t fast charge your Apple Watch Series 7 since it was announced after the charger was designed.

If you need to charge your iPhone at 15W and fast charge your Apple Watch Series 7 at the same time, you can consider the Belkin Boost Charge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Pad.
